Dear Auntie Milo,
Just found your problem page - why is it that our Mum (mary) will not let us off the lead together - when we are off together she panics and throws a dicky fit as we go for 3 hours +>   We have such fun when we are running away, last time   we got caught and we got tied up in the shade on the practice area of the Golf Club they fed us biscuits and gave us water - what fun, Mary was NOT happy when she came to collect us hence we are now only let off one at a time, what a spoil sport she is, how can we get her to give us some freedom ?
Love your web site look forward to seeing more.
Love             Dear boys, first off you have taken the first true steps to training your human, now you have to let her think she is in control!!! Let her try the the old horse lead trick as they are long enough for you (about 6 feet ) to still have a bit of freedom, but you are still training your human, also suggest the "clicker" method, that way you will get some treats as you do your little bit and your human will think how clever you both are, and the whole world knows how much you like your treats!!!And remember not all humans are nice.
                        love Aunty Milo xxx

hi aunt milo ,
can you help me to sort out my human she just can't seem to get the hang of this computer lark,i keep telling to read things properly and to make sure she puts thing on the write page!!!as you can see she thought her comments would go on the guest book page(didn't realise she was on the problem page, see what i mean)i've tried training her with treats, talking her through it(she just keeps telling me to be quite?) i'm at my wits end will i need to get the rolled up newspaper out????
hope you can help, she's too old to be rehomed, paws crossed
love zen x               Dear Zen, first off thank you for sending this problem in .
This seems to be a common problem with the older Human, it is a fact of doggy life as your Human gets older there brain gets smalleer!!
As for the rolled up paper i think it is too far gone! I would keep traning her with the treats and the like, just maybe one day your Human might wake up to the modern day, as a carring and loveing dog of an old Human keep on trying to make her under stand and watch out for wet patches on the floor!!!!
lots of love Aunty Milo xxxxxx
